United Mission to Nepal (UMN) invites proposals for an Endline Survey and Final Evaluation of the Sustainable Environment and Economic Development (SEED) Project.
UMN is an international non-governmental development organisation that has been working in Nepal since 1954, with a vision of fostering the fullness of life for all in a transformed Nepali society. This study and evaluation aim to assess the project’s performance and capture its achievements, gaps, challenges, and best practices to support the next project design phase. Special priority will be given to exploring the SEED project’s effectiveness, impact, and sustainability while identifying practical and actionable learnings from its first-cycle interventions.
We invite applications from experienced individuals or registered consulting firms to conduct this evaluation. Details of the evaluation scope, objectives, timeline, and qualifications for the consultants have been provided in the Terms of Reference (ToR), which can be accessed at below.
All interested and experienced individuals and consulting firms who meet the requirements and qualifications are encouraged to apply. Applications should include a letter of interest, a technical proposal, and a financial proposal. Applications must be submitted to UMN by Monday, 7 October 2024.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in an assessment process. We strongly encourage applications from women and marginalised groups. Please submit your applications at consultants.meal@umn.org.np
