Here are the options to donate from Canada by cheque, bank transfer, tax-free options and bequests/legacies as alternatives to PayPal and card donations.

If you would like to donate towards a specific project (for example ‘mental health’) or a specific hospital, please mention this through:

• An email to finance@umn.org.np (in Nepal) – for all options
• On the back of a cheque
• The description or reference on a bank transfer

Tax-deductible giving

Tax-deductible donations can be made through The Presbyterian Church in Canada, please see the options below.

On the drop-down menu you will see United Mission to Nepal designation options. To support other special projects, eg. mental health, select the United Mission to Nepal Second Wave Appeal or Special Project option and add details in the comments box under Additional Information.

Monthly giving

Please click here and select ‘monthly’ under ‘Contribution amount – Frequency’ near the top of the page.

At the end of the form, under ‘appeal name or special project designation’, please specify UMN and any further details e.g. mental health.

Make cheques payable to The Presbyterian Church in Canada and indicate on your cheque For deposit to UMN.
