In case stories, reports and publications, or videos, we may give correct names for beneficiaries, but will not provide exact information about settlement, ward, or village. This is also mentioned in UMN’s Visual Images Policy.

Donors may choose to give anonymously. This can only be done by postal order. Cash should never be sent in the post. We cannot provide receipts for anonymous donations.

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that personal information is stored securely, via our secure password and firewall-protected servers, both in electronic and physical forms, and that only those persons who require access are authorised to do so.
