We are grateful to God, our local & global partners, communities we serve, and the government of Nepal for collaborating with us to address the root causes of poverty in Nepal contributing together towards the “Fullness of Life for all, in a transformed Nepali society”.
We continue to serve the people with multiple marginalisation in Bajhang and┬аDoti through Sudurpashchim Province Cluster,┬аNawalparasi West and┬аKapilvastu through Lumbini Province Cluster,┬аRukum East will be managed through Karnali Province Cluster along with┬аMugu┬аand Surkhet (new district). Bara and Saptari are also new districts under Madhesh Province Cluster. ┬аThese three new districts have been expanded in June 2025 under a new Project Agreement with the government.
We continue to collaborate with local and global partners engaging in four thematic areas of┬аEducation, Health & Wellbeing,┬аLivelihoods & Economic Transformation and Social Harmony & Protection, integrating the Governance & Advocacy, Gender Equality, Disability & Social Inclusion (GEDSI) and Environmental sustainability and Climate Resilience as overarching Cross Cutting issues.┬а
We continue to nurture and grow the United Mission to Nepal Medical and Development Trust (UMN MDT), which┬аwas registered in Nepal in October 2020┬аand continue our hospital works in┬аTansen┬аand┬аOkhaldhunga. UMN MDT also includes some Social Development involvement with the same approach of UMN. UMN and UMN MDT share the same┬аvision, mission, and values┬аand are also governed by the same┬аBoard of Trustees.
We hope your time and effort in visiting UMN website is worth to┬аget involved, to understand UMN and Support UMN in whichever way possible and be inspired.
Thank you for visiting us!
