From 28 to 30 September 2026, UMN’s Team Leaders participated in an Agility Quotient Workshop exploring how to adapt to change and lead differently in everyday organisational life.

Facilitator Santosh Chetri, a performance coach shared, “Throughout the workshop, UMN team leaders brought openness, curiosity and enthusiasm to every discussion and activity. They shared their experiences, reflected on their own leadership behaviours and assumptions, and stepped beyond their comfort zones.”
