UMN had a Christmas celebration on the 22nd of December with staff families and friends at the UMN garden.  Everyone enjoyed the two hour programme in the warm sun, particularly the Christmas play led by Lyn Jackson.  A special part of the programme was also the greetings given by a number of staff in their native language dressed in their traditional attires. Gifts were also given away to all the children present. Each department in UMN had also put up a stall with a related game or an activity for visitors.
