UMN had a Christmas celebration on the 23rd of December with staff families and friends at the UMN garden.  Everyone enjoyed the one and a half hour programme in the warm sun, particularly the Christmas play led by Lyn Jackson.  Gifts were given away to all the children present. Each department in UMN had also put up a stall with a related game or an activity for visitors.  This, many said, was one of the most enjoyable Christmas celebrations UMN has had in many years.
