Mark Galpin, launched a book on ‘Disaster Risk Reduction – Our Responsibility’ on 23rd July 2012.  The book offers technical explanations behind frequent hazards of Nepal and gives practical tips to control disaster related damages by  individuals and the community. The book is designed as resource book for school children but is equally beneficial to individual readers in understanding the different stages of disaster management. The book is published by Sustainable Livelihoods Program with financial support from Tearfund UK and is developed with close coordination of Education Resource Development Centre.
