Girls kick!
Girls kick!
When it comes to self-defense, it is better to have the power and not need it than to need it and not have it.

About thirty female staff of UMN participated in a self-defense training today to help prepare them for any situation that may bring physical harm. The facilitators from an NGO called ‘Girls Kick’ shared the types of attacks that girls could face and demonstrated the de-escalation techniques and strategies as well. Following a motivating warm up in the morning, the ladies spent the day practicing punches, palm strikes, arm locks and kicks with highly experienced professional self-defense trainers.

Way to go, ladies!
