Yesterday was a joyful day for all of us at UMN as we marked UMN’s 70th anniversary in the Kathmandu headquarters. It was a hybrid event with our Board chair, cluster staff and some hospital staff also joining online. The day was filled with presentations from all teams, spotlighting the significant achievements of the past five years, along with some reminiscing and reflection on the journey thus far. In Kathmandu there was ceremonial cake cutting and lunch (and photo posing!) while clusters could choose their own celebration style.
