We had a week-long Learning Review at UMN starting from 9 October with staff from Thapathali and the clusters joining in for a fruitful planning and sharing time. This annual event served as a good platform to reflect on UMN’s work, review and plan. This eventful week came to an end  with UMN’s Annual Bhetghat Day held yesterday at Grand Norling Hotel’s Resort. One of the highlights of the day was the Value Awards and the long service awards given to UMN staff to encourage and recognise the significant contributions they have made during the year. Everyone participated in the fun outdoor games followed by singing and dancing relishing the day together.
