From 27-29 July 2026, 22 staff from UMN and its local partners across Karnali Province completed a 3-day First Aid training facilitated by the Nepal Red Cross Society, Surkhet. The hands-on training equipped participants with practical skills to respond to emergencies such as respiratory issues, choking, head and spinal injuries, wounds, fractures, burns and other medical emergencies.
Knowing first aid can make the difference between panic and saving a life.
