Basic Operating Guidelines (BOGs) secretariat, Mr Duane Berian conducted  a two hour orientation session for all UMN staff at the Thapathali office on 27th of July.

He clarified BOGs values, its internal and external use and said it is a tool to lower risk to staff and projects.  Mr Berian also had a time for comments and questions from the floor at the end of the session.
