Bal Kumari Rai Gurung graduated from the Pannasastra University of Cambodia on July 15th with excellent results.   This two years master’s course on ‘Applied Conflict Transformation Studies’ is a unique programme blending practical work, research and theoretical studies.

Bal Kumari is currently the Acting Peace Building team leader and a senior Peace Building Advisor in UMN.
