Where does Nepal stand in environmental issues? A research report titled ‘State of Climate Action in Nepal’, was recently launched, which was co-authored by UMN’s Environment and Climate Change Advisor, Durga Prasad Upadhyay.
An article published in Nepali Times (a reputed English weekly newspaper) talks about some of these issues highlighting the report.
