50 years in God's hand

“1954 – 2004: Blessings of the past; Visions for the future.” A history of UMN’s foundations and work for the first 50 years when it was at some points the second largest employer after the government. Then explaining and looking forward to the future plans where UMN phased out from direct implementation and moved to capacity building of local partner organisations. Also moving to focussed work and staffing in ‘cluster’ locations, maintain that UMN’s top priority is to address the root causes of poverty in Nepal.
