UMN’s current project agreement (2015-2020) has been amended with the Social Welfare Council (SWC). UMN’s Executive Director Joel Hafvenstein and SWC member secretary Rajendra Paudel signed the amendment agreement on 22 July 2019.  SWC rule states that amendment can be done just once in five years during the project agreement period with a budget limit of five crores (approx USD 476,000) or 20 % of the project agreement budget whichever is less. The amended plan and the budget were mainly for UMN’s DDRP programmes in Dhading with focus on school constructions in North Dhading, where 12 new schools were built.
