UMN, after months of waiting, has finally had its Project Agreement
signed in the Social Welfare Council. Jennie Collins, Executive
Director of UMN and Sharad Sharma, Member Secretary of the Social
Welfare Council signed the PA on Sunday, December 11, 2005. The signing
took place at the Social Welfare Council office in Lainchaur yesterday
afternoon.

Separately, we are now hoping that there will be
positive progress on the status of free visas as well. Please continue
