Prayer Priorities – May 24, 2022
“Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”

We encourage everyone who is praying for UMN not only to raise our requests but to listen to God on UMN’s behalf. Please take time to read this Bible verse slowly to yourself. Pause and ask God to speak through His Word. Then read it slowly again. Settle and calm your mind before you pray.  
 
Praise 
  • Give thanks that the two months long Skill Birth Attendant (SBA) training under “Advancing Community Transformation (Pro-ACT)” to the Nursing staff of Bhume and Putha in Rukum East was completed successfully on 18 May.
Prayer
  • Please pray for the Nawalparasi Cluster and core team members who are involved in the proposal writing of the child rights project. Please pray for the guidance to write the proposal effectively as this week we must finalise it and submit it to the donor.
     
  • Please pray for the successful completion of quarterly budget review meeting of Nawalparasi Cluster on 26th May. Pray for guidance to all the staffs who are preparing for the meeting.
     
  • Please pray for Doti cluster to get approval from a funding partner to resume a project with the local partner, which was halted after a fraud case.
     
  • Pray for wisdom and guidance for the assessment of the Finance Co-ordinator and the Project Manager Health (Pro-ACT) project for Rukum Cluster.
     
  • Please pray for Rukum Cluster, Partner EC, and project staff participating in five days of Disability Inclusive and Conflict Sensitivity workshop this week from 23-27 May 2022.
     
  • Pray for two expat families – the Chinnery family and Arno’s family – as they are getting ready to leave Nepal after many years of service. Pray too for their future.
