The book is a novel collection of experiences of UMN and its partners in the area of Organisational Development.  The book explains the OD intervention with UMN’s partner organisations, and its effectiveness, challenges and learning from the implementation. This book has therefore been prepared by reflecting the pragmatic experiences gained through learning by doing.  Having divided into six chapters, the book discusses partnership and OD, key interventions in OD and their effectiveness, experiences of Partner Organisations and OD Facilitators, success stories and so on.
