The research is in-line with Nepal Government’s National Plan of Action (NPA) Against Trafficking in Persons, focusing on prevention strategies. This study aims to understand people’s vulnerability through their livelihood assets, together with mapping recruitment and transportation processes. The basic assumption is that better understanding of vulnerability and approaches in trafficking could assist in designing better preventative strategies. This study is based on the primary qualitative information gathered from female sex traffic survivors in context of Nepal. The study adopts livelihood asset framework and victimology lens for analysis.
